We will refund the amount paid for the item, directly to the account you used to make the purchase. You will receive the refund on your payment method within 15 days from the date of receipt of the items. We retain €5.90 of the total amount for shipping costs, except for our "Audacieuce" customers in our loyalty programfor whom we offer free returns and exchanges. All returned items will be inspected. They must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original label and in their original condition. Any returned item that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
