We will refund the amount paid for the item, directly to the account you used to make the purchase. You will receive your refund within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
We deduct €5.90 from the total amount for postage in mainland France. For the Netherlands, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Spain and Portugal, we retain 7.90€, and for Switzerland and the UK, we retain 12.80€. For our "Audacieuce" customers in our

All returned items will be inspected. They must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with the original label and in their original condition. Any returned item that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
